Join the conversation with Patricia Beckles, the first African American RN in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Jacqueline Gross, MGH Retail Food Service Manager as they share their reflections on their unique experiences during the height of the Civil Rights Movement. Beckles and Gross were part of a riveting panel discussion led by Dianne Austin, Workforce Diversity Program Manager during AMMP’s annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day Celebration.
