Our FACSCalibur is an analog system that runs Cellquest Pro and can detect up to 4 colors using 2 lasers (15 mW 488nm blue and 30 mW 633nm red). It has a fixed filter configuration, allowing you to detect fluorescent signal in the channels shown below. A User guide with tips and guidelines for instrument use can be found here.
