Analysis Stations

We have several workstations to provide free access to flow cytometry data analysis software:

A new iMac running Cellquest Pro and Flowjo for FCS analysis
A PC on the Partners network with FACSDiva, Flowjo and Modfit software for analysis (out of service, being replaced soon)

We also have several Flowjo software dongles and Diva software dongles that can be borrowed to run the programs on your own computers.

Location
The analysis stations are located on the 5th floor of CNY 149, in area 5233, near the central elevators.

Take the central elevators to the 5th floor, go through the door opposite the balcony and go to the right, the Flow Cytometry office area is on the right.
Rates
There is no charge to use the analysis stations or to borrow dongles, and you are free to use them when they are available.
Scheduling Time

To make sure there is availability and to reserve time, use the Schedulebook site (instructions here), you must request access to be able to make reservations.
