Our 3 Laser LSR2 runs FACSDiva 6.1.2 on a PC, and has an HTS loader to run samples from 96 well plates. The standard detector setup appears below. A user guide with tips and guidelines for instrument use (including HTS instructions and alternate configurations) can be found here. |
