Welcome to the Flow Cytometry page of the Ragon Institute Imaging Core Facility

We are located on the 5th floor of CNY 149 in the Charlestown Navy Yard. Please use the menu options to the left to learn more about our different flow cytometery resources, or the tabs above for other technologies.

  1. ALL SORT USERS: COMS (Committee on Microbiological Safety) has been replaced with PIBC (Partners Institutional Biosafety Committee), we will need the new PIBC number for any sorting requests. There is a new form on the Sorting page to the left. Requests on the old forms will NOT be booked! More info in the Sorting Guidelines document

Scheduling Instrument Time

Each instrument has an online calendar to reserve time on www.schedulebook.com. An account must be created to make reservations, but there is an account to allow guests to log in to view the calendars. See the Flow Documents page for instructions on how to use the calendars.
